RETURN POLICY

 

Go Diva will accept a return on unopened products purchased directly from our website within 28 days of purchase. Please contact Cusomer Service for more information on returning a product.

 

Products not purchased from Go Diva are not eligible for return. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded. Without exeption we will not eccept returns on opened or used items.

DELIVERY

 

Go Diva currently delivers to UK, European and international customers.

 

UK Standard: Free. Usually 2-5 working days to any UK address. 

 

Europe : Free. Standard Delivery Only - Usually 4-9 working days. Allow up to 21 working days for delivery.

 

International : Free. Standard Delivery Only - approximately 7-14 working days. Allow up to 21 working days for delivery.

 

PROCESING

 

We dispatch orders Monday through Friday. Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours. Orders received on non-working day will be dispatched the next working day.

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

 

Once You placed order with  Us, You will receive written confirmation by e-mail that your order has been received and it's being processed.

 

PAYMENTS

 

You can pay your purchase by PayPal or Credit/Debit card. Select the appropiate paying method when placing your order. If any of these payment methods are unsuitable, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss other payment method.

 

WRONG ADDRESS / CORRECTION

 

We are not responsible for the lost of your order if the delivery address provided by you at checkout is incorrect or incomplete. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-delivery your order to a correct address.
